Hello and welcome to the Asheron's Call Photoalbum!
This page is dedicated to all those persons who's picture you can see here. Persons who are sharing my hobby, online-gaming and who think the same way as I do:
Behind every character in an online-game there is a real person and this person is what counts. This is why this webpage exists: To show you all those fine people, whom you may have talked to for hours already but never knew what they looked like, to kill a bit of the distance and anonymity those games keep us in.
I hope you like this page as much as I do and will have some fun here. And maybe you send in your picture as well?

Since the database on my old host got lost before I could move to the new server and I changed a lot of code some old links won't work anymore and some picture-IDs changed. I tried to keep everything as backward compatible as possible, but if you link to somewhere else than the mainpage please check if the link still ends where it did.
UPDATE: My old provider screwed up totaly on the move, and ICANN wasn't any better, it took them over a month to reply to my WHOIS data problem report, so in the meantime playerphotos.net could be registered by someone else and the domain is lost.

I have to excuse for the lack of updates in the past, my studies require a lot of time. I have some plans to change the system of this page to require even less action by me, but I doubt I will find the time to write the scripts for this before summer 2005.
There have been some security updates between april and may which screwed the upload script, some of the pictures upload before 2005-06-01 got lost. If you uploaded your picture before that date and it is not up by now please resubmit. I am sorry for the trouble.
